Hmm... So, this sleepy guy is a Faerie named Sen (Dream in english). I don't know much about him, 'cause I've came with this idea yesterday
But! I think he's a very kind person, not selfish like most Faeries
And he sleeps a lot, what makes some problems with gaining friends 
My own alternative for W:tA world
I hope you'll enjoy it.
